I think that in this discussion he talks about the problem, but the solution given does not work for me, because the one drive file seems dead.
If you have found a solution please let me know, thank you.
A mod author recently removed all of their mods from the Workshop which the above/below mod references.
You might have some odd temporary issues with removing this patch (just minor things, nothing major), but once I get home in a week or so, I will work through this collection to remove all references to the missing mods (which causes crashes).

Yes, unfortunately Mogwai (the mod author) has asked the community to not rehost their mods for whichever reason.
I'm personally against this sort of practice, but they're deciding to fully remove all of their mods from the workshop and prevent others from hosting them. This caused the Google Drive link to get deleted.
