Kenshi
Lore Friendly Role-Playing Experience v1.9.7.2.1 (2025)
Crashing when trying to start a new game.
{0x00000128} 2025-03-21 09:29:36 [fatal]: Mod Error: Race Primordial Hive Praetorian from mod Animation - Collection Pack is missing body parts

This is in my kenshi_info.log after the crash. Seems to be related to the MEGA All-In-One Compatibility Pack and I left a comment about it over there.

Thank you for letting me know!

That might be from one of the mods that got Deleted recently, but it should hopefully be fixed soon.

Thanks for posting on the mod page as well.

Ah, I see. I heard about the missing mods thing, but as this is my first time trying the modpack, I wasn't sure if I'd be affected or not. Guess I'll wait, or try a different modpack in the meantime. Thanks. :)
I think there's a couple of different threads about this, but for me it was about a deleted mod by same author as the recent deletion issue.

I can try to check this today and see what's going on, thought I had fixed everything previously.

You can probably try to unsubscribe/disable the "Items Integration Patch" to see if that fixes it for now. Not sure what else it could be at the moment?

You'll need to Import afterwards to make sure your save isn't trying to reference it.

Heya. So, just wanted to let you know, yesterday I took the time to try the modpack again, and I'm able to play the modpack now. I didn't intentionally remove "UWE - Items Integration Patch - Roleplay Collection", but I did update my load order to your latest posted, which must have disabled it as a happy coincidence. And it's working. So you're onto something. :)

Out of curiosity, until that gets updated.. does that mean in my current game, some items may not show up in some shops or on some NPCs?

Thank you for letting me know! I did remove the Items patch until I get a chance to actually fix the patch, I'm not sure what it could be at this moment that's causing an issue (it could be some weird remnant reference, as I removed all those missing mods that got deleted from the workshop). At least this somewhat confirms that it's the patch specifically causing CTDs. I'll probably need to rebuild it to fully remove any references that shouldn't be there.

The patch isn't necessarily needed, it mostly just fixes some minor inconsistencies from the various 20-ish mods it references. It's over ~1000 edits, but all of the work was done by Anrhaa and it was ported to *this* collection by Vozrima (another modder who plays this collection as well). It got forked due to Anrhaa's and This list being somewhat different.

It shouldn't negatively impact gameplay overall, since it's mostly just small fixes to make it work seemlessly with UWE's various new systems. The items and such should still show up as usual, since they're also included in the overall collection.
