You can try reverse engineering a mod like Talk to Shop Keepers while in Disguise. Once you open the mod in FCS, you can click on "Changes" and see how it works (particularly "Dialogue Packages"). Changes will show everything that mod does, which is useful for this instance lol.
You'd need to place a copy of that mod into your Kenshi/mods folder, you'd copy it from your Steam/steamapps/workshop folder (Windows search for like "Disguise" or something, I don't remember exactly what the .mod is called for that one). Copy the whole folder and paste it in Kenshi/mods, then rename it to what the .mod is (without .mod). After that, it'll show up in FCS for you to mess with.
Since it's mostly a Dialogue thing, you can expand upon it similarly to how that mod does it. Dialogue Packages take a bit of getting used to, but there's a lot of good guides for it. You could possibly even just copy some premade dialogue packages from the Disguise mod above and find some Guard NPCs to test it on. Chaste also has a Discussion Page on that mod with some additional notes about specific "Dialogue Conditions" (Things required for a dialogue to trigger, etc.)
Boron's Guide was very useful for me when first getting started with a handful of my mods for this collection:

Good luck and let me know if you need help with anything
I'm glad you're enjoying the collection as well
