I guess if hes doing custom flavors now cinnamon would be a good addition yea.

You should add apple pie shine its one of the most common flavored moonshines you could also do fruits such as peaches cherries banana etc

Fruits just have to be a possibility for flavoring the alcohol, could add a lot of variation.
