A leg brace like Max Rockatansky wears in the Mad Max series or something like it would be cool.

silicone and acrylic resin prosthetics, to give a more medical/manufactured look compared to the wooden/steel handcrafted ones that the mod currently has, would fit into pre-apoc settings as well.
