This is a roughly accurate list of all changes applied to weapon categories in the game:

All weapons:
+ Added Spell Damage (depends on tier and weapon type)
All Two-handed Melee Weapons:
+ Attack range set to 2.1
Swords:
+ Sword Passive: Way of the Blade
- Removed Bonus Accuracy
- Removed Bonus Block
Greatswords:
+ Greatsword Primary Attack: Cleave Melee
- Removed Bonus Accuracy
- Removed Bonus Block
- Tier 3 damage (-1)
Rapier:
+ Rapier Passive: Duelist
- Removed Bonus Accuracy
- Removed Bonus Block
+ Stunt Damage increased across all tiers
Axe:
+ Axe Passive: Split Swings
+ Applies Disarm on Hit: 2/3/4
Greataxe:
+ Greataxe Primary Attack: Broad Swipes
- Weapon Shred Removed
- Tier 3 damage (-1)
Mace:
+ Mace Passive: Crushing Blows
