HELP: Settlement redistribution not working

So, whenever I launch a campaign with the Grudgebringers and take a settlement, the text to give a settlement to someone is not working. When I press the button to actually redistribute the settlement, it razes it as if it were a normal faction's mechanics. If anybody knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

I have the same problem.

President Camacho has Total War: WARHAMMER III

I also have this problem. It has Tool tip for faction missing when you hover over the buttons to sack or give settlement.
