Have a heart
Guests regularly show up requesting a new heart. Since there's nothing wrong with their current one, my colonist takes it out, puts the one I had on the shelf in, and they leave, giving me the cash value of the heart but leaving their old one. This repeats many times. I am now rich, and the leapfrogging heart continues.
