Composite Gatherer does not seem to work with the Collector

Title says it all. Is this intentional or is it supposed to work?

Did some further testing and I can confirm the collector isn't working at all. It won't even work with the regular gatherers. Which stinks because after the initial pop in the composite gatherer, it does not do it again. And the resources aren't transferring.

Nevermind on the normal gatherers, it took a minute but now it seems to be working. Still wish it worked with the composite gatherer.
