Just added mission options that replace or restore the "115" track and brighten or keep dark the first arena phases.

Should have fixed the Magma Imperial wave issue where victory was never detected after ATPT's had been destroyed.

Fixed a bunch of things which are listed in the patch notes because I did not realize that I was an idiot and couldn't keep up with my own streams of thought over more than like four aspects of the mod at once. This includes the glaring who's who problem and media friendly version etc.
