Somehow the content of the mod folder is empty when I try downloading via workshop.

Do you provide other way to share the mod?

Yes, there are a couple of other ways to load the mod into your game. But the Steam subscription model is by far the easiest and the most automatic.

First, make sure that you are using CookiStocker 2 and not CookiStocker.. Go through your list of mode, and if you see CookiStocker there, unsubscribe from it, and then close Cookie Clicker and unsubscribe from on its workshop page. Next, go to the CookiStocker 2 workshop page and make sure that you are not subscribed here. (If you are, just unsubscribe.) Next, open Cookie Clicker and verify that neither version of CookiStocker is present. (if it is, just unsubscribe from it from within Cookie Clicker, close Cookie Clicker, and delete the mod's whole folder.)

At this point, you should have no versions of CookiStocker in your mods, and you should not be subscribed to either version of CookiStocker from their workshop pages. Cookie Clicker should also be closed.

Finally, go to the CookiStocker 2 workshop site and subscribe to it there. Opening Cookie Clicker at this point should show CookiStocker 2 in your mods, most likely disabled and at the bottom of the list, but not the original CookiStocker. Move CookiStocker 2 to where you want it in your list, (the location doesn't matter as long as it's loaded after CCSE), enable it, and click the "Restart with new changes" button at the bottom of the mod list. CookiStocker 2 should be fully enabled now, and should just work automatically.

Don't forget to buy enough brokers (I recommend at least 100) before enabling CookiStocker 2 so that you don't get wiped out by commissions, and make sure you have sufficient money in your bank to cover your purchases. Also, it's a good idea to disable CookiStocker 2 right before ascending and re-enable it once you've re-established a good-sized, stable bank.

This should all work, as the developer of this mod, I have had to deal with all sorts of unusual situations, and following the above instructions has always restored things back to normal. Please let me know if you have any further problems after following these steps.

Still doesnt work for some reason (prob Steam issue), I had to use external workshop downloader and add it locall.
