Error: surburbs distributions "laboratory" is broken

It appears that when wcdm procedural distributions are loaded, I consistently see these errors thrown. I'm not totally sure if it's this mod or not but just wanted to note that I'm seeing this. I looked at the wcdm distributions lua file and it looks fine to me.

It doesn't appear to affect anything in-game as far as I can tell. I'm not totally certain of that, but so far haven't noticed anything broken.
