So far the concept of weapons that directly destroy shield generators is just....never balanced.
Recommend swapping the arc emitter to just massive EMP damage instead of nuking the HP of the block?

Could the damage spread out over all shields that are touching each other?

maybe over charge the enemy weapon (gives energy but damaging enemy internal energy system) and can be shielded by something that can obsorb a lot of energy idk if this make sense

I come from the future to say that Arc Emitters are still absurdly overpowered
Not really sure what to do about that, but I do think the power cost/damage ratio is WAY to favorable, for one thing. Not to mention the build cost ratio.
