Feature Request: Add revive option for entire side EXCLUDING the player's group
This would be useful if the player's group have a custom revive script but want a revive script that covers other AI groups on the same side.

Example scenario: Player is a Platoon/Company leader

Player's group: SOG AI (has its own revive script)

Rest of AI Platoon/Company: AI Revive script
