AI Control Switches Info Thread and Instructions
Coagulation AI Showdown features my AI control switches system which allows you to customize which AI squads spawn in on the map. These switches can be enabled or disabled as many times as you wish throughout your playtime. Keep reading below to learn the locations of the controllers, and how to use them.

For these Halo 2 themed switches, the center part of the button turns Orange when enabled. A disabled switch lacks this Orange color. All switches feature custom information text to let you know what AI squad you are about to enable or disable.

Controllers for each side are located in each faction's base. Once enabled, the button keeps spawning AI automatically. No further player interaction is needed, unless you want to disable the particular AI group from further participation. To stop a squad from spawning, just turn off their switch. The bots will despawn instantly. You can enable or disable any switch at any time.



UNSC Switches and Squads

1. Marines Squad A: A Group of 4 Marines with assorted UNSC weaponry. They can also arrive in as Sergeants and Female types. Spawns on the Left Side of the UNSC base exterior. Enabled by default.

2. Marines Squad B: A Group of 4 Marines with assorted UNSC weaponry, with all the same traits and features as squad A. Spawns on the Right Side of the UNSC base exterior. Enabled by default.

3. ODST Squad: A group of 4 ODST's that spawn with assorted UNSC gear. They have higher chances of receiving power and precision weapons. They can also spawn with Suppressed SMG's. Spawns in the rear UNSC base exterior, as well as in the UNSC cave. Disabled by default.

4. AI Controlled Master Chief: The legendary Spartan 117. The UNSC's boss/hero character. Only spawns when playing the "Covenant" version of the map. Arrives in with assorted UNSC weapons on the top level of the UNSC base. Enabled by default.

5. Warthog: A squad of 2 Marines operating a Warthog, as driver and gunner. Spawns in the rear-right side of the UNSC base exterior. Enabled by default.

6. Scorpion Tank: The UNSC heavy tank. Operated by a single Marine. Can seat 4 additional AI on the sides. Spawns on the left side exterior of the UNSC base. Disabled by default.



Covenant Switches and Squads

1. Light Infantry Squad A: A group of 6 Grunts and Jackals. Can spawn as multiple ranks and types, all weighted appropriately with randomized amounts of each. Also can spawn as all of one species or the other. These AI carry weapons appropriate for their species and role. Grunts can arrive with Fuel Rod Cannons, Jackals can arrive as Snipers. Spawns on the Left Side of the Covenant base. Enabled by default.

2. Light Infantry Squad B: A group of 6 Grunts and Jackals. Governed by the same rules and features as Light Squad A mentioned above. Spawns on the Right side of the Covenant base. Enabled by default.

3. Medium Forces (Elites/Brutes): A group of 7 Elites or Brutes. Decided randomly. Can be a mix of both as well. These AI arrive in a multitude of custom weighted ranks, with a diverse set of gear that is appropriate for each species and rank. Spawns near the rear exterior of the Covenant base. Enabled by default.

4. Hunters: 2 Hunter heavy assault troops that can spawn near the Covenant base, inside the base, or along the rear Covenant exterior. Disabled by default.

5. Covenant Airborne: A set of 5 Airborne Covenant troops (Elite Rangers/Drones) that spawn above the Covenant's rear cliffs. Each species arrives with their preferred weaponry. Disabled by default.

6. Covenant Stealth SpecOps: A group of 3 cloaked Special Operations Elites/Grunts. Decided randomly. Can spawn as a variety of Special Ops ranks. These units will attempt to sneak around Human defenses and attack unexpectedly. Carries special ops Covenant favored weapons and operates very tactically. Disabled by default.

7. AI Controlled Arbiter: The Arbiter from Campaign, the Covenant team's boss/hero character. Only spawns when playing the "UNSC" version of the map. Arrives with assorted high ranking Elite favored weapons on the top level of the Covenant base. Enabled by default.

8. Ghost: The Covenant light scout vehicle. Spawns on either side of the Covenant base. Can be driven by Brutes or Elites. Grunts can also use when empty. Enabled by default.

9. Spectre: Covenant Spectre support vehicle. Crewed by 2 Elites. Spawns near the rear right side of the Covenant base. Enabled by default.

10. Wraith: A Covenant Wraith tank. Crew of one, often a high ranking Elite. Spawns near the Covenant base rear. Disabled by default.
