More detailed breakdown. Will be updated over time.
Gotta keep character limits in mind but I have more I can deal with here than I do in change notes section. Accurate numbers will be written down once I have more time.

- All Stormtrooper Variants across the board have been changed based on type. With more advanced ones still sharing certain changes with the base types. Advanced variants will share base stat changes, if there's any difference the variant will state said change.

In quick terms of defense and skills, tier list for Stormtroopers is as follows:
1. Nova Trooper I & II
2. Commander
3. Shadow (Excels at stealth)
4. Assault/Stormtrooper

In other words... think twice now when wanting to take down npc's with Nova guards. Not OP, just buffed enough to make them a good challenge to reflect these elite troops.

  • Stormtrooper Helmet Variants:
  1. Perception bonus has been kept the same based on lore visor visual assist.
  2. Crossbow/Ranged debuff has been tweaked to accommodate for still having a limited wearer's field of vision but not such a huge debuff like before.
  3. Dodge debuff removed.
  4. Gas immunity added.
  5. Rain immunity added.
  6. Stealth Nerfed.

  • Stormtrooper Armour Variants:
  1. Unarmed debuff slightly, nerfed.
  2. Combat speed debuff, nerfed.
  3. Dodge debuff, nerfed.
  4. Ranged debuff, nerfed.
  5. Dexterity nerfed.
  6. Damage debuff removed.
  7. Stealth Nerfed.

  • Stormtrooper Bodysuit Variants:
  1. Added slight Acid immunity since stormtroopers have chemical protection.

  • Stormtrooper Legplates Variants:
  1. Unarmed debuff slightly, buffed.
  2. Dodge debuff, buffed.
  3. Stealth Nerfed.

  • Stormtrooper Boots Variants:
  1. Stealth Nerfed.

  • Assault Trooper: Are just a copy paste of normal Stormtroopers since they're just a color variant in lore. Any extremely minor buffs/debuffs they had were leveled with standard stormtroopers.

  • Shadow Stormtrooper Variants:
  1. Stealth modifiers slightly buffed and added to any pieces of armor missing it.
  2. Blunt defense bonus, harpoon defense and level bonus barely buffed compared to Stormtrooper in regards to game stats and lore.
  3. Most immunity stats kept from OG mod, rest leveled to base stormtrooper.

  • Stormtrooper Commander Variants:
  1. Stealth nerfed to normal stormtrooper levels.
  2. Blunt defense bonus, harpoon defense and level bonus barely buffed compared to Shadow Stormtrooper in regards to lore commanders. (Ignoring lore ones have a portable shield generator, their armor is almost exactly like a base stormtroopers. So in game to represent this I just made them have slightly better defense than a base trooper and shadow trooper.)

  • Nova Stormtrooper Variants:
  1. Stealth modifiers leveled out, no detriment or benefit.
  2. Blunt defense bonus, harpoon defense and level bonus barely buffed compared to Stormtrooper Commander in regards to game stats.
  3. Most immunity stats kept from OG mod, rest leveled to base stormtrooper.

- All Scout Trooper Variants across the board have been changed based on type. Ahead of time, I made it so Storm Commando's excel better in stealth than their Shadow trooper counterparts contrary to lore, to have a game reason to use the less protective Commando armor.

In quick terms of stealth since all mostly share same defense stats, tier list for Scout troopers is as follows:
1. Storm Commando (Best imperial stealth)
2. Swamp Trooper
3. Scout Trooper

  • Scout trooper Helmet Variants:
  1. Perception bonus has been buffed based on lore visor visual assist. Better than all other imperial helmets in mod.
  2. Crossbow/Ranged has been buffed. (I heard you liked to snipe, so I made it so you can snipe snipers while they snipe you, sniping them. Truly befitting the snipers of the empire.)
  3. Stealth Nerfed. (Though not nerfed as hard as stormtroopers due to it being lighter armor.)
  4. Gas immunity removed. (Due to a removable faceplate visor, didn't have proper seals against chemicals and gas. I might change this depending if this messes up npc placements and quests etc.)
  5. Rain immunity added.
  6. Pierce/Harpoon defense lowered due to it being light/less protective armor. (Should help with roaming parties completely obliterating rebels as well. These base stats will also apply to swamp troops)

  • Scout trooper Armor Variants:
  1. Unarmed/Melee buffed.
  2. Stealth slightly nerfed.
  3. Pierce/Harpoon defense lowered due to it being light/less protective armor.

  • Scout trooper Bodysuit: (All scout trooper variants share the same suit)
  1. Very minor Acid immunity added.
  2. Stealth and combat barely buffed from zero due to more advanced troops also using this suit.

  • Scout trooper Leggings Variants:
  1. Combat speed leveled out. No detriment or benefit.
  2. Changed to Leather from Metal Plates.
  3. Harpoon/Pierce damage resistance removed. (Cloth ain't gonna save you from a blaster bolt to the knee. Be careful or your adventuring days may end.)
  4. Rain immunity added.

  • Scout trooper Boot Variants:
  1. unarmed buffed slightly
  2. Stealth slightly nerfed.
  3. Pierce/Harpoon defense lowered due to it being light/less protective armor.

  • Swamp Trooper Variants:
  1. Stealth modifiers leveled out or kept the same as base mod depending on armor piece.

  • Storm Commando Variants:
  1. Stealth modifiers buffed. (Best stealth in Empire)
  2. Blunt defense bonus, harpoon defense and level bonus barely buffed. (Decided to give these elite troops slightly better melee defense due to the kind of missions they do.)
  3. Assassin, combat and dex buffed.
