First Door

This might be insanely obvious to whomever answers but I cannot figure out how to get the first dour open.(There is a pro guy on the second floor and a motion sensor infront of him but he is not moving). Help!!!

The front door is overcome by jumping to the top of the ceiling and then afterwards dropping down right infront and kicking it down. The levels that I make usually require gate crashers and all of the available upgrades.
