Big round blue shields in the sky

Texture glitch in the sky that makes the skybox sometimes get filled with giant blue shields of varying degrees of damage, any way to fix this? Just curious thanks

This is a Warband bug, not a TLD bug. Something about memory overflow, possibly.
Usually just restarting Warband fixes this.
