Rohan foragers following a Beorning general

I don't know what might have caused this, but in my playthrough, after Rohan beat its enemies and I was cleaning up the north, Rohan established an advance camp by Dol Guldur. From that point on, Beranor Blackfur was constantly followed by around 600 Rohan soldiers in the form of 20+ forager parties. They kept following him until the end of the playthrough, steamrolling any field battles. Does anyone know what might cause this?

Please upload your savegame. If you have other saves before the last one, please add them too.

Also, describe exactly how your campaign went so far, as in: What's your faction, which theatres got cleared in which order?

Also, random thought, if you've commanded other parties to follow you, please specifiy.

Sadly, for this playthrough, I only had one save game. I ended up finishing the campaign shortly after the screenshot was taken and deleting the save out of habit. I didn't think to post here until later in the day.

I started with Woodland Realm. During the war, the order of factions destroyed at that point was Moria, Rhun, Gundabad, Dunland, and Isengard. The AI was being somewhat passive against Dol Guldur so I went south, and helped clear Rohan.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help with this.
