You can change your preferred camera settings in the TLD mod options (accessible from the camp menu).

There's a manual describing how to adjust the camera in the game concepts sections, accessible from the notes menu).

Thank god. Just started playing this mod, locked myself into the broken custom camera when setting the game options. Couldn't find anything about it in the FAQ or the comments.
