Deliver a bribe of farmer slaves
Hello, I apologize if this has been asked before, I could not find the search button

I paid x ammount of resource points to Mouth of Sauron to deliver a bribe of farmer slaves to Khand Camp, but nothing happened. Found no slaves to deliver, talked to everyone I could find in Morannon and Khand camp to no avai

The quest has no time limit and I'm not sure what I did wrong, can someone clarify? thanks.

You have to go talk to the Faction leader of the people you are giving slaves to personally.
So in this case, whomever the Faction Leader of Khand is.

When you do so, all that happens is the resource points are taken from the one country are transferred to the new one.
