Whenever I press "camp" and see the screen with "walk around, review troops", etc. I pay troop upkeep. This doesn't cancel usual army payment, I pay every time I see the camp screen with the options above. Is there a way to fix it? It makes no sense, I can't "camp here for some time" or change any mod settings without ruining military budget.
