It's nice to play with the option disabled which would have allowed us to access the Town NPCs from the menu even if we never visited them. This makes us visit all those beautiful locations in person. However, as not every town has everything, and many towns have some of the NPCs at not so obvious locations, it would be very helpful to give a prompt to the player when all such NPCs were visited in a town. Maybe couple it with a tiny exp or rank reward.
