For savegame, just locate your savegame file on your my documents directory. Upload it with Google drive or Dropbox or whatever. Put the link here. Please don't remove the file until I give notice that I have downloaded it.

Here is the save file, I saved it after the siege, the exact same thing was happening. You can access the village while its being "sieged"
This should do it
The other problem, with parties continuing to siege a center after it has been destroyed, is more tricky. But it should not cause any gameplay problems. The faction ai will reset after a few days maximum.
