Bug report: Quest giver glitch
Playing as Imladris, was given the quest to follow Lord Elrond. He asked to see me. As I was on my way to give a letter to Celeborn I went and did that first. Once I gave Celeborn the letter he automatically gave me the scouting three locations quest Elrond would have normally given me.

May I ask if this occured before or after the recent update? Because that should be fixed already.

You are right. My game is still on october's patch for some reason.
