First off huge thanks to the amazing modders who worked on and still update this. Seriously can't thank you guys enough for this delight of a mod.

I'm rank 14 with Mordor and I hadn't seen the Captain Helm for sale. I saved at Morannon right before the smithy restocked and reloaded around 30 times and it didn't show up. Funny thing is I have an old save where I'm also rank 14 and the Captain Helm appears in around 5 reloads.
Making sure I was on the latest version I resubscribed to the mod, started a new save, and used the enable cheats in the startup menu along with the 200% rank gain to rank up fast. Even though I remember the helm appearing around rank 7 or 8 I still went to 14 just to be sure and it still wont show up.

I went through the change notes and didn't see anything about the Helm being removed so I assume this is a bug, please help!
