Surgeon stopped working?
I have noticed that the surgeon skill that I have on one of my party members has suddenly stopped working? Before they hit around level 7/8 it was working great but suddenly im losing like 3/4 men even though the skill is level 9. Am I just imagining things or is this a known bug with warband?

Oh and I know that obviously if the companion with the skill gets knocked out it stops working. This is different

From memory i think its only about 4% saved per point invested in the skill from standard Warband. So even at 10 you are only saving 40% of the troops that would otherwise be killed.

Isn't there also a base chance that's applied before surgery skill?
