Preventing Enemies from Taking the Defensive
First off, fantastic mod and I think it's much better than the original Mount and Blade: Warband. Unlike the original game, there is a real sense of duty that the game instills in you to sacrifice yourself for the greater good.

To spice up the game, I prevented the AI from taking the defensive. I've found that when evil factions do take a defensive position, it's usually worse off for them as they have a lot of infantry that just stand there while the "good" archers mow them down. I also think the "evil" side being more aggressive fits well with the lore.

Problem is - even with the "prevent enemies from taking the defensive" setting turned on, enemies will still frequently take the defensive. I've noticed this even applies to neutral parties as well (especially deserters). Is this something that's a known issue or is there anything I can do on my end to resolve it. I've noticed that even when the computer has the advantage and is aggressive, it will often pause or wait before it does an attack. Possibly as a factorization of the archers being there and to charge is a tall ask to the morale system. They often will want to do things while keeping within a tactical formation. I frequently play as the "good" side faction and have morale shattered the other side mid-charge more then a few times especially when I have the higher-tier cavalry.
