Bug: can't quit first fight

Hi, I just started playing and in the first fight the game offer I died (duh yes i am a noob). The fight went on until nothing happened anymore, and i had no way to quit. eventually i restarted my device! Not sure if I missed something and there is an obvious solution but that was my experience. Cheers :)
