...And die from fever in your sleep.
Fever in PZ is best taken care of by being full of food (with the green moodle), well hydrated, and resting.
My experience with the default settings is, if you get sick, you're pretty certain to die. You can change those in the sandbox settings. You can cap the sickness total to 90, and that will prevent you from getting the fever moodle, and therefore taking health damage. If you gain any more sickness from another source, however, you're likely to die.
I highly recommend taking a look at the sandbox options and changing what you'd like, so you can die just in the way you want! Using those settings you can change the mod so you gain sickness gradually, instead of insta-gaining a fever.
There's been a lot of questions about the specifics and I didn't expect this mod to get the attention it is now, so I'll try to elaborate more on the mod in the description!
