2. Hidden Body, Homing Soulmass, Magic Shield, Pestilent Mist will no longer cost buffs. (Homing Soulmass consumes buffs each time it deals damage).
5. I can't reproduce the issue what you said. And presumably the vertigo mechanism is directly using the StSLib api, which should not have a problem. I'm more inclined to think that it has a ripple effect with other places, can you elaborate on which mods you have turned on while playing?
6. When you have both Lorian's Greatsword and Lothric's Holy Sword in your deck, they become Twin Princes Greatsword, which is based on the mechanics in DarkSouls3. The reason for the light in the hand card is that someone previously reflected :it is a derivative card, but the color is the same as the ordinary card, and sometimes it will let him forget to play.
#5 I don't have mods that affect the actual gameplay outside of Downfall expansion (which only adds new stuff), the rest are for quality of life or interface.
In case of Act 1 Guardian, it may or may not be the normal behaviour of a stun on specific enemy phases, granted it's a very rare status. Usually, the boss takes those 30 damage https://i.imgur.com/9urtUkJ.jpg and then transforms for 2 turns, recieving temporal spikes buff and dealing less damage, after that it transforms back and you can repeat the process. But if the boss is stunned on the same turn as it recieves enough damage to transform, it just changes the appearence, but recieves no buffs and never transforms back https://i.imgur.com/fvmm6EK.jpg
Not sure how Act 2 boss became broken, I might test it again at a later point.
I used Kukri as the very first action here https://i.imgur.com/NFyIdAG.jpg and somehow it resulted in negative bleed amount, which expired doing nothing next turn https://i.imgur.com/YatTFL4.jpg Up until that fight Kukris were working perfectly fine.
Then many floors later against Act 1 boss (repeat the fight from the event), I have one Kukri on hand and get 2 more from Blood Gem. The first Kukri applied 3 bleed, the next two each removed one stack of bleed or in other words, applied -1 stack again. I even restarted the battle several times and the exact same thing happened again.

Speaking of bleed, when a multi-hit attack triggers bleeding in the process and then continues with more hits, each subsequent hit triggers full bleeding too, resulting in absurd damage. For instance, Repeating Crossbow (battle-skill) + Carthus Rouge.
In the same vein, it's possible to trigger Stagger multiple times with one attack. Not really abusable, but causes Hornet Ring to produce a big amount of daggers, which becomes a problem, since those don't have Exhaust and quickly swamp your deck. Perhaps they should get Ethereal too?

But I stun it during the turn when it would have done a form shift, and it doesn't seem to affect its later behavior.
I just fixed the issue with the bleeding damage not nomar and kukri. Made some careless mistakes that went unnoticed.
About the hornet ring I think your idea is very reasonable, I made some changes.
Thanks for other changes, I'll check them out later!
https://i.imgur.com/AZHitWc.jpg Soul Greatsword shows its damage boosted by Pen Nib and consumes the boost, but the damage is actually not boosted.
I was wrong earlier, applying multiple staggers with a multi-hit attack can in fact be abusable, with Aldrich's Sapphire and Sadistic Nature (deal damage everytime the enemy is debuffed), possibly other cards or relics. That is, when the enemy gets staggered during a multi-hit attack, the rest of the hits is each treated as applying a full stagger, rather than just excessive Hit-Recover stacks.

Description:
Sellsword Twinblades's Battle-Skill - maybe mention it deals -extra- 4 damage 2 times, since it's identical to base damage?
Dark Sword Strike: [...] Battle-Skill: Deal once extra damage.
Probably needs a different wording, not clear whether it deals x2 damage, or deals damage x2 times. Ringed Knight Paired Greatswords also uses the same wording.

Typos:
Dragonslayer's Axe: should be "gains 1 Shocked".
Shield of Want (basic): should be "Draw 1 card".
Small Leather Shield: [...] Gain 5 Block Gain 1 Dexterity.
A missed period.
Covetous Gold Serpent Ring (upgraded): should be "draw 2 cards".
Pestilent Mist: should be "ALL enemies lose".
Hornet Ring: should be "when an enemy gets Stagger".
Cloranthy Ring, should be Chloranthy.
And thanks for correcting the typos.
