It should be compatible if the map uses the L4D2 survivor set. There are still some deep problems with L4D2's own talker system in general that can't be fixed by both mods.
Maps using the L4D1 survivor set are not supported well with the fake L4D2 survivors. Most of the game's hard code still thinks the L4D2 survivors are L4D1 survivors.
