After the game has been running for some time (30 min+), the AI will stop spawning after a player joins. Though it only seems to be for BLUEFOR and REDFOR, as IND units still spawn.

Relevant technical details/mods:
- CUP Factions (NAPA, BW, AFRF)
- DCO (Soldier FSM, UnitScanner, ToolBox)
- Dedicated server hosted through FASTER, using 4 HCs (3 for Antistasi and 1 for DCO Soldier FSM)

Any advice would help, such as where to look to see if there's any logs containing AI spawning info and/or known mod conflicts. Thanks!
