I think making it so there was an effect for when you're charging up an explosion would be nice. Sometimes when I hold down and grab, it feels like it isn't charging (though maybe that's because I have the sleep anywhere mod), and it'd be nice to know when the three second timer actually starts. Maybe a hissing sound paired with sparks?

Idea: Adding endings that parallel Artificer's campaign (i.e. one in Metropolis that has a masked figure (Arti) hug the Estranged, and one in the Void Sea where the Estranged sees their family before fading away)

Both Estranged and Betrayed are planned to meet Artificer!

The mod has changed so much that the "up explosion" doesn't even exist for the Estranged anymore, so I cannot really fulfill this.

It doesn't? Maybe you should change the description for the mod, then, because it still says it exists.

The upcoming update, it still does exist in the Workshop version

Suggestion for the betrayed: The betrayed will be able to turn pearls into explosive pearls. when the betrayed throws the pearl, it explodes in 10 seconds which gives plenty of time for a scav to pick it up (explosive pearls glow orange and pulse red and white)

I find myself rarely (never) using the charged for, because the cost of it is simply to high for something that you need very rarely. Using all of your food to activate, then it costing food over time is simply to much. I see two ways to fix this. Either make it so it ONLY uses your food over time, or make it so that it ONLY uses your full food bar.


I think the use over time being the only downside is good, because that means you can switch in and out of the charged state easily, meaning it'll see more use, and you're not screwed if you can't find any food because you can simply turn it off if you run out.

I also think, with how small the estranged's food bar is, and the fact it has a lengthy charge-up in a game where you can die in an instant, making it one food pip cost one instead of two would result in it being used more too, because with the hefty cost of charging yourself and the constant food drain, I NEVER get to use it, even if I wanted to. Making it a one food pip cost, along with changing the cost of the charged state would make them a lot more likely to actually be used.
