I've had three of these events so far, and despite the message saying the empire is targeting critical infrastructure, most of the bombardment targets have been my colonists. This is pretty easy to avoid, and results in no damage to anything since I've been moving my colonists outside the base walls on these events.

Additional targets have included some double beds, a single mini-turret, and a sleeping hospitality guest (who was roughed up pretty bad but made a full recovery).

Is this working as intended? I was terrified this was gonna target my workbenches, big turrets, hospital, armory, etc. But it is more of a minor inconvenience so far.
