Mod not offline compatible?
So since late last night my Internet has been down so to a major outage with the ISP. So tried to play this offline and lo and behold, the mod disappeared from my list. Is there an actual reason for this?

Isnt that how all workshop mods work?

I don't think so. The workshop mods are usually stored on the enduser PC and can be used offline.

I prefer however to use no-Steam versions of mods if possible, like with this mod too. Download from ModDB and you are fine.
