Executions work the same as they do in vanilla yeah, we have not made any changes so doesnt matter which culture or even bandits, they'll dislike it.

And you pretty much do it the same way, recruit other clans( If persuading doesnt work, destroy same culture factions until you're the last one left, they'll all join you automatically ), expand, take over.
