Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

The Old Realms - Core (Season of Doom)
Mod deleted itself?
I don't know how or why. It worked great my first time playing through, I played for like 6 hours with no crashes or anything. There was a moment where "better exception window" popped up and gave me the option to force the game to continue, or to force shut down the game. I opted to force the game to shut down, but the window just disappeared and the game kept running. This was only like an hour in, and the game was fine for the rest of my time playing.
But now, a few days later, I'm trying to play again, and whenever I launch from Novus, with my warhammer modlist, which displays the mod and doesn't give me any warnings about the files not existing anymore, it just launches vanilla bannerlord. When I try launching from the default Bannerlord launcher, Old Realms mods aren't even listed, despite being subscribed, and I can't find them in the game's mod files anywhere.
I tried un and resubscribing to it, but it hasn't done anything. I also verified game files, but that did nothing either.
I'm almost certain this has nothing to do with the mod itself, but I'm curious if this has happened to anyone else?

Dont know what Novus is but we dont recommend using 3rd party launchers, its also normal for workshop mods not to show up in the modules folder, they are in the workshop folder.

Do you have enough space on your hard drive to unsub and resub ? if download doesnt go through they wont show up in the bannerlord launcher

It wound up fixing itself when I did a full uninstall/reinstall of the game, but now I'm having other issues with the game suddenly not launching at all (totally unrelated to the mod)

do you mean the launcher not showing up, or the game seemingly "stuck" on loading screen?

d3d error on launch. It does the initial loading screen, then cuts to black like it's gonna do the sword on anvil animation, and sometimes it plays the audio, but then the upper right quarter of the screen turns white. Sometimes it even gets to the point of playing the main menu music, but it always crashes and gives me one of two or three variants of a d3d graphics rendering error.
So I guess not launching *at all* was a bit of hyperbole, cus it does try, but fails each time

When I was first playing the mod and it popped up, yes, and that worked! However that required me to be in game and able to access the menus, which I can't do. I hear menu music, but the screen stays black with the white box in the right half and then it just crashes fully.

I have been. I did a full delete and reinstall of the game, no mods are enabled, I've tried running in safe mode and regular, it does the same thing every time.

Yeah. I got the whole thing to fix itself by rolling back to the previous version of the game (the one that the mod is actually for), and now there's no issues again, it's just a weird thing to be getting, after multiple file verification, a full fresh install, and trying to run it vanilla.
