Plague village mission
So i accepted the offer just to see what would happen, but now i dont know what to do. I cant seem to interact with anything or anyone anymore. Is it just a soft lock to teach you a lesson?

What am I missing?

Seems to be a bug for some people, the +20 hp you get is a one time thing, not repeatable

Ah ok so i just got unlucky i see. Thanks :)

Will try again next time and save before doing it, and then get back to murdering chaos scum.
