FEATURE SUGGESTIONS!!!
Just because you suggest something, doesn't mean I'll add it!
Here you can suggest features relating to the general customisation of NPCs.

Not sure how hard it would be to implement but it would be really nice to be able to change enemy contact damage and projectile damage independently!

In the future potentially, thank you :)

For everyone who see's this. I do have an idea for a major overhaul for a version 2.0.0 of this mod. However it'd be quite tricky to tackle but I would like to try to eventually...

I'd like to remove the config, and instead make it an ingame UI.
I would replace all the current NPC configs with a new preset type config.
It'd allow you to select one or multiple presets, such as
  • All NPCs
  • All Bosses,,, etc
  • All NPCs from a specific biome, event etc (info would be gathered from bestiary and its filters)
  • All NPCs from a mod
  • Empty preset
  • Any custom suggestions from users based on specific conditions
It'd work pretty similar to the current individual NPC selector, but you can select more than a single NPC for each entry, and at mass!
And you wouldn't be limited to just using the presets, you can also add and remove whatever NPCs after using a preset as a base.

I think this would be a big improvement if I could go through with it, but behind the scenes it takes quite a bit of effort to pull off!!!
It'd make for a much cleaner and quicker experience using this mod :)

I think customizing the amount of gold that enemies drop would be cool too. I want to use damage modifiers to change the difficulty and would like to get additional gold too

So I have done some testing and it turns out that the enemy damage modifier actually does leave projectile damage unaffected, only increasing enemy contact damage. Thought that may be good to know :)

Yeah, I've tried reducing enemy dmg and playing in master mode just beacuse I really like some of the pets and stuff, but it became really apparent that projectiles just don't account for that modifier. It's especially noticeable against things such as the pumpkin/frost moon minibosses and pillar enemies, like the vortex ones that hit for 300 dmg per projectile on master mode.

Would it be possible to customize our own character size and health through this? I think it would be epic if you could make it happen.

three new stats
damage reduction (+/-): percentage-based damage reduction, just like the stat the player has. calamity allows npcs, particularly bosses, to have this stat, so it'd be nice to have it in this mod to mess around with the stat. it would not require calamity in order to work, it would simply treat everything as having a base of 0% DR without calamity.
projectile damage (%): alters projectile damage the same way the damage stat alters contact damage. would work best as a separate stat from regular damage imo so you could better customize boss fights.
defense damage (+/-): increases or reduces the amount of defense damage an enemy deals. requires calamity mod in order to function and does nothing if the current difficulty mode doesn't have defense damage. the stat can be put below zero in order to reduce the defense damage of an enemy, but putting the enemy's total defense damage below zero does nothing.
making life regen a percentage? instead of a flat life regen, that makes life regen high early game and low lategame

Even the pets that follows can be resized? 🙏🙏🙏

One suggestion I have is to make the regen config dynamic: if adding a "%" symbol next to the number could automatically switch the regen setting from additive to percentage-based, it would be incredibly useful. However, if automating this is too complicated, a simple option to toggle between additive and percentage-based regen would also be great. Thanks for considering!

Hi, can you add the ability to adjust the ehjy range attack of bosses?
