Add insta-recruitment if a colonist has inspiration in recruitment.

Awesome Mod, I love it.

Suggestion but also kind of a bug I would say?

if you try to recruit someone from a Bestowing ceremony party (i.e.; one of the guards) the following happens:

1. If recruitment is success: the ceremony is cancelled and the party boards the shuttle.
2. The Shuttle WILL NOT depart until the recruited pawn boards.
3. If two or more pawns in the party are recruitable (related to your pawns) and one attempt is success, the second attempt will fail.

I looks like it works fine but the ceremony party glitches out and never leaves if the recruited pawn doesn't board the shuttle; you may board the shuttle manually with the new pawn and he will just be gone :(

I feel like there should be more ways to interact than just recruiting to your colony. For instance, you may instead choose to send your pawn to be reunited with their relative for a reputation boost or to stay separated but still stay in contact for a smaller instantaneous boost to reputation, a small increase to natural goodwill, and an increased chance for that relative to appear when that faction enters your territory. Finally, those who had encounters with relatives from other factions unlock chatting with their relatives in the comms console as a recreation type.

There are instances when pawns leave your colony because of Mental break: Fleeing in Panic. It would be nice if there is an option to reinvite them back.
