The Runeport has no difference between level 2 and level 3 by the way and the ruins of Spicetown gives a -1% to tax, presumably this was meant to be 10%.

Thank you for pointing that out. Those are legacy buildings that I’d like to adjust and nerf tbh. That is a republican held building so it’s there mostly to visit and RP

I was actually trying to nerf it down a bit so you’ll see that reflected in the next patch. My approach here is to provide supple locations for travel, which just compliment the RP this game thrives on. Especially this mod. So you’ll start seeing more negative modifiers along the positive to balance/ make a particular holding more unique and as lore friendly.

The Whispers Pirate Haven and destroyed Spicetown have a -1% to tax and the Dragonmont has only a +1%. If these modifiers were intentional for balance you might as well get rid of them entirely because they're so negligible, and in fairness Dragonstone is hardly a wealthy island in the books anyway.

Dragonmount duchy is a base mod addition. Either by inspiration or as a rebuttal to why I’m doing they implemented that a few days ago. Fun fact, you can build dragon mount in Hightower right now, I informed them but hasn’t been changed.

I’ll look at increasing negative modifiers to these I have done but I’m not trying to make them unplayable either
