In a game with this mod running while playing England, I encountered a strange issue when interacting diplomatically with the country of Meath with a goal of vassalizing it. I was not able to use "Improve Relations" diplomatic action; my envoy keeps returning home whenever I try to do this.

It turned out that, in the country history file from vanilla install, the country of Meath has its capital set to Dublin province (#373) but that province is owned by England at the beginning according to the province history file. Since Meath does not exist in vanilla at any point throughout the EU4 timeframe (it being intended primarily for formation as a releasable country), but it does exist at 1444 game start with this mod, it can create a strange situation in which a country has its capital set to the province it does not own at game start.

I recommend copying country history file for Meath (MTH - Meath.txt) from /history/country folder and then change the following line:

I already have fixed it in my personal fork here[github.com]. Please feel free to copy my fix if you like.

One more thing... I encountered an issue where, in forming Ireland as a country in personal union with the Crown of Ireland parliament issue, the newly formed country does not own the provinces in Leinster area. I had to invoke console to give Ireland the provinces and remove my English cores in them. Have not yet investigated the cause and find the solution, but I will keep you informed on this as soon as I figured out the causes and a fix for this.
