France, if AI controlled, is given to either Orleanais, Champagne, Brittany or Auvergne, provided they are also AI controlled.
I don't recommend playing as France itself for this reason.

Lithuania is given an event to let them decide between keeping their starting religion of Animism, going Catholic or going Sunni.

English nations that aren't England get an event with a MttH of 5 months where they gain claims on all of Great Britain. Takes longer if they are Catholic.
