for now i've seen the "sun kissed" trait and it's not localized on russian...

If you can tell me how its wrote in russian I'll change it, I'm not russian so I have no idea xD mainly using a translator

Stargazer is Звездочет. describtion: Звездочеты обращаются к звездам за советом и вдохновением, их разум всегда открыт для огромных возможностей Вселенной.

The closest to sun kissed (literal translation is поцелованный солнцем) is, i think, positive (позитивный). desc: Излучая тепло и позитив, поцелованные солнцем (or позитивные) персонажи приносят радость и энергию, куда бы они ни пошли.
