Restock = Out of Stock - Replaces and increases the price of items like Restock but has a chance of replacing an item with a pickup and sometimes "restocking" into a troll bomb.

Black Candle = Melted Candle - Only makes Curse of the Blind, Lost and Darkness possible, blocking the other curses, maybe make the player cursed every floor to make the effect noticeable.

On pickup, Isaac immediately uses Plan C, but instead of dying, Isaac farts.
Basically a Plan C scare meant to mess with the player
