Compatibility with clothing mods.

To make clothin mod compatible just need to add _fat and _obese as surfix, right? For example in songie's clothing mods. V2626est_Puffy.xml should be changed to V2626est_Puffy_fat.xml ?
Also. Do i need to do it for backpacks?
