Sorry, I forgot to add the Malevolence finisher to this list. It's +100% influence from power projection (which might be a bit too much now that I think about it).
As for the Agenda's (Will use tradition names instead of agenda names) (The | seperates normal and launch effect):
Archeology: +5% minor artifacts | +20% minor artifacts
Desecration: +10% minor artifacts | +20% minor artifacts, Launch Effect: Convert all minor artifacts into unity at a 1:10 ratio
(Yes, I know that the modifier is just a better archeology modifier, but I intend to change that soon)
Transportation: +50% voidcraft draw chance | Launch Effect: Gain the next FTL technology
Malevolence: -100% disengage chance, +25% fire rate | +20% ship build speed, -20% ship build cost
Envy: -25% war exhaustion. When winning a war while this agenda is active: Complete this agenda | +5% happiness, +10% unity, +20% council agenda speed
Urbanization: Blocker clear speed: +50% | +50% planet building build speed
Enigmatic: -25% intel gain on you for other empires | -25% intel gain on you for other empires, Launch effect: All other empires lose 50 intel on you
