Active you're not able to click an ingredient to get the ingredients info card to pop up

For example loading that above mentioned mod list, placing down a tailoring bench, click "button up shirt", then on the right side click "cloth", nothing pops up.
What's supposed to happen is Cloth's information window pop up. With all of its stats and stuff like cold resistance, heat resistance, value, etcetera.
