okay ive played the mod for a bit and heres some stuff ig

the "disease" and "project" way too low modifiers, should be
-2% weekly stability and -100k weekly + -1% war support weekly
(-100k weekly pre-latex era, -25k post latex era)


heavily debuff "assimilate military" focus
exp gain +25%, supply consumtion -20%, division organization -5%,
army organization regain +30%, attack +20%, defence +20%, experienced
soldier losses +10%
(thats atleast what the buffs/debuffs should be after taking the focus imo

integrate "changed portraits" mod into changed mod, if possible
make every portrait change into appropriate (changed) portraits.
laws and government portrait change after "assimilate government"
military staff portrait changed after "assimilate military"

colours of nations have been changed in the spanish civil war,
nationalist spain is republican yellow, RDCA is nationalist orange,
and spain is green (carlists unknown), british raj is orange
dutch east indies are blue, british malaya have lost their shade
of red, being more pale now, same goes for canada.

"the library" should be debuffed, research speed +15% instead of 50

"the latex" has a weird core, vorpommern (62) which is controlled by
kashubia in early game

"west wall" buffing france by building more forts
same goes for "reichsautobahn"

"the outside world" should be debuffed to -50% or less

"assimilate poland" is actually to invade kashubia, and the war goal
is puppet and not annex

- I'll update some of the buffs and debuffs
- will 100% change the portraits and leaders, but that will take a while because I'll have to make a new leader for each one I think
- colors were an issue because I deleted the cosmetics tags color file, which should be fixed in next version
- I'll make westwall need you to actually own the rhineland to fix that
- fixed kashubia localization

also I made kashubia take vorpommern just to make the borders look nicer, they don't get a core on it, same with wurttemberg in the south

uploaded new version with all easy fixes done + icons, localization, and events, but overall no real new content

ok i played it a little more, here are some suggestion


rename MIO "mauser" to meowser post-latex era as an easter egg

after military collapse, delete all templates and re-establish one
4 inf 1 artillery with a scout cavalry company as the starter
template, in addition debuff the airforce to -90% cas bombing, strat bombing
etc.

custom division symbols would be a nice touch.

for the future, i suggest adding various different paths to your nation
such as a communist path and a democratic path.

latex has a core on wurttemberg (bavaria) and no other bavarian state in early game.

give the german split-off states a basic military to start with, a couple
simple units with some infantry in it to at least put up a fight.

should remove the option to just annex them entirely, feels a bit too easy.
could maybe send a demand to the states to see if they willingly integrate
or fight instead, with chances of integration being lower the stronger their
army is.

add decision to enable insurgencies in your core territory occupied by the
enemy.

make spies also have changed portraits when you integrate the mods.

puppeted should nations recieve "latex government" as well, military and
partisans is up to you for puppeted nations.

decisions to assimilate puppeted nations, after assimilation add
"latex population" to the puppeted nation, including a possible portrait
change for the leader of that nation.

expand upon the "white coup" branch of the focus tree, possibly to unlock a
seperate focus tree, i dont have many ideas for what it should be about.

make a focus for assimilating the navy and airforce into giving various buffs
to both design and production, possibly even general combat performance.

should add focus "rhine wall" which grants level 3-5 forts along the new
french border post-latex era, as long as you control wurttemberg,
hessen and westfalen.

add special event for poland upon war declaration, preferably not an
annexation event.

- yeah focus tree is way too short right now, will add like more puppet paths like the balkan one, and have them split off into different paths for like full world conquest

Done - annexing was just so you didn't generate as much world tension early game, will remove annex option but declare war will reduce world tension
Done - I'll add a buff to resistance in states occupied by enemy

- will expand on white coup and add a third path and just extend the focus tree overall

so like the endgoal is a focus tree for a full world conquest with puppets for different regions and new leaders and generals and stuff, but after the full world conquest what should some of the options for like final acts or endings be?
like for example I think I'm going to add a 'secret' ending where you tag switch to like the UNSC from halo or something and have to reconquer the planet from the latex, like some last big thing after you finish conquering the world

uploaded new version, but update is only half finished, most of the stuff to be added in the actual next version is big stuff like focus tree expansion and adding decisions, after focuses and decisions are added in 0.4 will probably start on the generals and advisors replacement

played it a bit more and its looking pretty good


i still consider the "latex military" focus to be a bit op, perhaps adding
-15% army experience gain and +25% training time?

during the riots, maybe add damage to some of your buildings?
infastructure, factories, dockyards, etc.

revamp the czech annexation, give slovakia to hungary to make the border
less yucky.

add focus to demand the rhineland back from france, if france denies they lose
stability and war support and possibly have a communist civil war.

focuses for declaring war on other nations should grant a temporary attack
boost, +20% attack on the country you invaded through a focus tree.

"the white coup" doesnt transfer white latex cores in the balkans.

- going to make it add more debuffs and negatives but I think I'll make training faster because with the other buffs you effectively have unlimited manpower, so I think it should feel more like you have an unending horde rather than a super OP army
-will add building damage
-will have hungary steal slovakia when the war starts
-redoing 'greatest enemies' path completely, will add that
-for Austria and Czechoslovakia it adds a debuff that reduces their defense and division speed, will add attack bonus for Germany too

but for the last one you have to do the integrate the balkans focus after you annex the white latex to get the cores, might redo this part when I add more puppet side branches and country leadership change options

uploaded new version, again update is only half finished because I got lazy but I still wanted to get this uploaded today, mostly just a big focus tree expansion, lacking localization and gfx, but most of the actual gameplay stuff is finished (besides annexation for italian civil war which I decided to figure out at a later point) if you have ideas on how I could add more flavor to this bland conquest tree please say it
